SPIRIT RIVER REIKI CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES

In-Studio Sessions and Weekly Class Cancellations: We kindly ask you call, text or email the studio promptly if you are unable to attend your session or class. We request that you give us at minimum 3 hours notice, although 24 hours is preferred. Evening and weekend sessions are in high demand and your early cancellation will give another client the opportunity to make use of the studio time.

90-minute In-Studio Sessions, 60-minute Sound Balancing and 60-minute Animal Reiki Sessions are Non-Refundable after service has been provided.

In Case of Sickness: Please consider the well-being of others before coming in for your session or class with signs of a cold, flu or respiratory infection. It is best to stay home, drink fluids, rest and recover. If you are unsure, please phone the studio directly to cancel or change your appointment to a Distance Session. If you are extremely unwell, please call your family doctor or go to your nearest Critical Care Clinic or Emergency Room for proper care.

No Show Policy - In-Studio Sessions / Weekly Class: A No-Show is someone who misses an appointment without notice. No shows or missed sessions/classes inconvenience both myself and other clients who are in need of support. At Spirit River Reiki, our goal is to provide quality service in a professional and timely manner. Please note that no shows (missed scheduled sessions or classes) will be Non-Refundable if paid online. For those paying in-studio, 2 or more missed sessions/classes without prior notice or consideration will preclude you from booking through the Spirit River Reiki website. Any future sessions will be booked or rejected at Spirit River Reiki's sole discretion. Continued No-Shows will result in your inability to book Services with Spirit River Reiki in any fashion. We respect our time as well as our clients time. We have implemented these policies in order to make it efficient and fair for all involved.

Classe Fees - Reiki Level I or Level II: There is a 30 day "Buyers Remorse" period offering a Full Refund for Class Fees, provided that NO CLASSES have been attended by the participant within 30 days of the Date of Purchase. Spirit River Reiki considers attendance of a Class within the 30-day "Buyers Remorse" period as tacit agreement by the Student that NO Class Fee Refunds in full, or in part, will be given and the Buyers Remorse clause is considered waived by the Student.

Savings Packages: Discounted Savings Packages are considered a Final Sale and No refunds are given. All Savings Packages are active for one (1) Full Calendar Year from Date of Purchase. Discounted Savings Packages are Non-transferrable. Any remaining sessions at the end of the 52 week period (1 year from Date of Purchase) will be considered forfeit by Spirit River Reiki and will be donated towards In-studio Compassionate Care.
